Founder & Owner

Diane Holland

Diane Holland

Holland Pediatric Therapy is owned by Diane Holland, M.S., CCC-SLP. Diane has over 40 years of experience working with children and their families, including 22 years as the Director of the John Morris Speech and Language Clinic, a clinic affiliated with the speech-language pathology program at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.

Diane received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She has worked extensively for the past 30 years with children who have autism spectrum disorders, hearing loss, articulation and phonological delays, receptive and expressive language delays and fluency disorders. Although she received the Regent’s Superior Teaching Award for her teaching in the

speech-language pathology program at USAO, her biggest compliment was when one of the students in the speech pathology program described her as the “Child Whisperer” for her work in the pediatric speech and language clinic. She was recently named to the 2022 Journal Record’s “50 Making a Difference” list of honorees. The Woman of the Year program recognizes Oklahoma’s prominent women who epitomize leadership in both their professional careers and in the communities where they live.

Diane is proud to have influenced so many young speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists in pursuing a career helping young children. She is privileged to be able to continue towork with children with communication difficulties and their families.

Jeannine Crouch

Jeannine Crouch

Jeannine joined the HPT team in July 2016 as a speech-language pathologist. She has more than 25 years of experience working in a variety of professional settings including hospitals, public and private schools, child development centers, and outpatient speech therapy clinics. Jeannine also owned and operated a successful private speech therapy practice for ten years. She graduated in the top of her class with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and was awarded Outstanding Academic Achievement from the University of Oklahoma.

She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arts and Sciences of Oklahoma where she studied under Diane Holland, the owner of Holland Pediatric Therapy. Because of her depth of experience as a therapist and business owner, she was promoted to the position as Administrative Director for Holland Pediatric Therapy and currently serves the clinic in that role.

Kaydee is a loving mother, dedicated wife, and a joyful soul with a passion for family, work, and nature. She balances her personal life with a fulfilling career as a medical receptionist, where she brings her kindness, hard work, and compassion to every patient interaction. Whether she is caring for her beloved dogs, cheering on

her favorite sports teams, or enjoying camping trips and beach days, she thrives in the moments that bring happiness and connections. With a heart full of love and strong sense of community, Kaydee is always ready to lend a helping hand and share her positive energy with those around her.

Sarah Miller

Sarah Miller

Sarah has been a speech pathologist at Holland Pediatric Therapy since 2015 and in 2019 was given the responsibility of Clinical Director. She grew up in Norman, OK and loves to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys running, biking and paddleboarding and spending time with her family. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Oklahoma and has worked extensively for the past 12 years with children who have pediatric dysphagia (feeding difficulties), articulation and phonological delays

receptive and expressive language delays, autism spectrum disorders and fluency disorders. She has received extensive training in pediatric dysphagia, including Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) as well as many others. She also obtained continuing education in Pam Marshalla’s articulation therapy techniques and in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, recently attending the National Conference on Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She is dedicated to working with children and their families to help them reach their greatest potential.

Amy Arrington

Amy Arrington

Amy has practiced as a SLP for 28 years. She specializes in working with children that have hearing impairments and wear cochlear implants or hearing aids. Amy became a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist/Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist in 2015. She believes in early intervention and using a family focused approach knowing that children learn best in their natural environments and with the parent being the primary teacher. She incorporates music and literacy into all her therapy sessions. She also uses a thematic approach and coaches the parents how to carryover goals into the home setting.

Amy attended The Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S.) Approach to Feeding. She helped create and implement a S.O.S. feeding program for toddlers and young children at Holland Pediatric Therapy. She works with parents to reason out why their child will not eat and begins systematic desensitization strategies to decrease the feeding problems. Amy attended the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and earned her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Amy and her husband live in Norman and have two sons and two daughters-in-law. She is delighted to be practicing in Norman again. Amy has a passion for all that is possible for children with speech-language delays and feeding difficulties.

Ashlee McGeisey

Ashlee McGeisey

Ashlee grew up in Norman, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma where she studied under clinic owner Diane Holland, who was the director of pediatric speech-language therapy clinic at the university. Ashlee received her Master of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has been a member of ASHA since 2013. Ashlee has worked in both the public school setting and private clinic setting. She has attended

numerous trainings workshops, including Picture Exchange Communication System. Ashlee has worked extensively with children who have autism spectrum disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, hearing loss, receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological delays, and fluency disorders. She thoroughly enjoys working with children and their families to help them find their voice. She feels being a speech pathologist is the most fun and rewarding career.

Genavieve Belobraydic

Genavieve is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She has a Master’s degree in speech language pathology. She has been working with children with speech and language needs for three years. Genavieve strives to

make therapy fun and engaging by doing play-based therapy or incorporating activities such as crafts. She is excited to help as many children as she can learn to communicate.

Hannah Morrison

Hannah Morrison

Hannah is a speech-language pathologist who grew up in Durant, Oklahoma. She graduated summa cum laude with both her Bachelor of Science in speech-language pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master of Arts in speech-language pathology from the University of Oklahoma. Hannah has gained experience with diverse clinical populations ranging from infants in the NICU to geriatrics in a skilled nursing

facility. Hannah has a heart for pediatrics and enjoys helping children develop their prelinguistic skills, pragmatic/social skills, language skills, articulation, and phonology. Hannah is passionate about using approaches to therapy that are both client-centered and evidence-based. In her free time, Hannah enjoys attending church, watching baseball, and spending time with her family.

Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson

Jessica grew up all around the Oklahoma City metro and currently lives in Norman with her two young children. She enjoys playing indoor soccer, biking, traveling, and anything adventurous. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in speech language pathology at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has been a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association since 2009 and took many Spanish courses while in high school and at the university level. Jessica began her career working with the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities in 2011, gaining

valuable experience in the areas of dementia, aphasia, dysphagia, Parkinson’s disease, fluency disorders, receptive/expressive language delays, articulation disorders, and voice disorders. She originally chose the field of speech language pathology to work with children and has enjoyed the transition from geriatrics to pediatrics. Jessica has completed many training workshops including the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Jessica is very passionate about helping people and is thrilled to be in the position to help children and their families through their challenges in communication.

Tara Stephens

Tara Stephens

Tara received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma where she had the privilege to study under Diane Holland. Tara went on to obtain a Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma. She has worked in various settings for 18 years including public schools, private practice, home health, hospitals, an outpatient speech therapy clinic, as well as skilled nursing facilities. She has experience with phonological delays, receptive and expressive language delays, fluency disorders, dysarthria, aphasia, voice disorders, dysphagia, traumatic brain injury, cognitive communication

disorders, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Tara has participated in Vital Stim Therapy training and has been a member of ASHA since 2003. Tara is from Cole, Oklahoma and what gives her absolute joy is her family. She and her husband enjoy time with their son and daughter attending church, watching the kids play sports, camping, traveling, snow skiing, hunting and fishing. Tara looks forward to helping children grow and improve their ability to express their thoughts. Children have important things to say and we want to hear them!

Mady Thompson

Mady Thompson

Mady is a speech-language pathologist who grew up in Norman, Oklahoma. She loves traveling, spending time with her family, and being outdoors with her husband and rescue dog. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Master of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. Mady has experience working with children

who have hearing loss, phonological disorders, articulation delays, and receptive and expressive language disorders. She likes to use books, songs, and lots of play to help her clients and families reach their goals. Mady loves being an SLP because she gets to be a cheerleader for all of her patients and their families as they continue to grow in their communication and life skills!

Halee Nail

Halee was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma. She has a strong love for Jesus, family, and friends! She enjoys the beach, baking sourdough bread, staying active, and listening to good live music. Halee has always known she wanted to work in a career where she would be able to help people. Discovering the field of SLP later, Halee took a non-traditional route. She attended the University of Oklahoma, where she received her Bachelor degree in Health and Exercise Sciences and

Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. Along the way, Halee realized she has a passion for the pediatric population and loves to bring a smile to their faces, like they do for her! Her particular interests include articulation, apraxia, and pragmatics/social skills. She has a heart for making children and their families feel welcome, seen, and comfortable, while working towards bettering their communication and overall quality of life!

Evelyn Cortus

Evelyn Cortus

Evelyn is a California-born Speech-Language Pathologist. She received two bachelor’s degrees from California State University – Northridge in Deaf Studies and Communicative Disorders and Sciences. Evelyn’s background in culturally and linguistically diverse Deaf populations took her to Washington, D.C. to obtain her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Gallaudet University, the only liberal arts university in the world catered by and for the Deaf community. Evelyn’s training at Gallaudet included working with Deaf children who communicate via American Sign Language, of which Evelyn is conversationally and clinically fluent. She is a juge proponent of the language-

first model. Evelyn has been a clinician with Holland Pediatric Therapy from her clinical fellowship through completion of her Certificate of Clinical Competence, with professional interests including receptive-expressive language, bilingualism/bimodalism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, social language/pragmatics, and articulation and phonology. She values the community at Holland Pediatric Therapy and continues to learn so much from her fellow clinicians, her patients, and their parents. Evelyn is dedicated to being a “lifelong learner” through continued study and research; though, her patients are some of the best teachers she’s ever had!

Anna Rokke

Anna is a speech-language pathologist who grew up in Monument, Colorado. She loves being outside, painting, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. Anna has experience working with children with phonological

disorders, articulation delays, receptive and expressive language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, fluency disorders, AAC, childhood apraxia of speech, and selective mutism. Anna enjoys using play-based therapy, books, art, and games to keep therapy fun while working towards goals! Anna loves being a speech pathologist because she gets to see her patients grow and find their voices!

Macey

Macey is a speech-language pathologist from Noble, Oklahoma. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern State University. From an early age, she knew she wanted to help others —especially the pediatric population —and quickly discovered her passion for the field of speech pathology. Macey has experience working with children who present with dysphagia (feeding difficulties), gestalt language processing, expressive and receptive language, pragmatic/social skills, and articulation delays. She is dedicated to implementing therapy approaches that are both evidence-based and tailored to each client’s needs. By incorporating books, songs, and play into her sessions, she creates engaging and meaningful opportunities for learning.

Outside of her professional life, Macey enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her family, being near the ocean, and has a love for all animals. She loves being an SLP and considers herself her clients’ biggest cheerleader, celebrating their progress in therapy and beyond. Watching her clients gain confidence and independence in their communication is what inspires her.

Abigayle McCurry

Abigayle (Abby) is from Edmond, Oklahoma. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received both her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Abby has always had a heart for pediatrics and enjoys regularly volunteering with children at her church. She has gained experience through working with diverse clinical populations, ranging from early childhood in clinic and school settings to geriatrics in a skilled nursing facility.

Abby has a heart for serving and loves helping children in all areas of speech and language development. She also loves spending time with her family, staying involved in her church, reading historical novels, and baking new recipes!

Erin Stewart

Erin grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma. She completed her Bachelors degree in Public Healthbefore receiving her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has clinical experience working with children in early intervention and in the public schools, as well as professional experience with children with varying diagnoses in an outpatient clinic setting. She is registered with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and is a member of the American

Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Her favorite aspect of working with children is seeing them gain functional skills through play, all while having fun when learning. Play is the foundational “occupation” of children and she is thankful she gets to help children develop the fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and appropriate play skills need to build confidence and become independent. Fun facts about Erin include her love of all things sweet, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Morgan Hand

Morgan was born and raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She attended college at Oklahoma State University and then transferred to Oklahoma City Community College where she completed the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and obtained her certification. Morgan gained hands-on experience while working with a variety of conditions throughout her pediatric clinical rotation. She enjoys incorporating fun and purposeful

activities to increase functional skills in therapy sessions. One of her main goals is to build children’s confidence by using strategies and techniques to gain independence through their daily activities. Fun facts about Morgan include her love for traveling, attending country music concerts, and doing any outdoor activities. She is passionate about helping kids reach their fullest potential and is excited to do that as part of the Holland Pediatric Therapy team!

Micah Johnson

Micah Johnson is a licensed, certified occupational therapy assistant with extensive clinical experience, practicing since 2009. She supports children and families of Holland Pediatric Therapy through compassionate, evidence-based care. Her clinical background includes skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospital settings, including ICU,PCU, medical-surgical, and inpatient rehabilitation. She also has experience working with pediatric patients across hospital, inpatient, and outpatient environments.

Micah holds an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies from Oklahoma City Community College, a Bachelors degree in Gerontology from Southern Nazarene University, and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She is guided by faith and prioritizes patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on family involvement. Outside of her professional role, Micah enjoys hunting, fishing, and staying active.

ThuVan Frazer

ThuVan was born in Vietnam and grew up in Texas. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Dallas and a Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Utah. She has experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and school therapy. She has been certified as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist.

She enjoys spending time walking her golden retriever, Kolbe, cooking/baking, and traveling with her husband and children to visit Catholic cathedrals and pilgrimage sites far and wide, and sampling all the local delicacies. ThuVan believes it is an honor and a privilege to work with children and families, helping them live life to the fullest with happiness, joy and peace.

Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie grew up in Owasso, Oklahoma and moved to Norman to attend the University of Oklahoma. She graduated with a Bachelors in Health Studies in 2010 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2012. Stephanie has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2010 and is an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. She has completed additional training in early motor milestones, torticollis, and toe walking.

Stephanie joined Holland Pediatric Therapy in 2023. Stephanie has experience with both adult and pediatric populations and enjoys helping people from all walks of life move and feel their best. Stephanie loves helping kids develop strong bodies and brains through movement and play to build a strong foundation for life.
